The Issue:

As of 2017, more than 40% of U.S. businesses are owned by women. Female consumers — a demographic historically ignored by traditional advertising — account for 85% of the country's purchasing power. We believe female-led companies are the catalyst for future economic growth. They hold the potential to capture powerful segments of any industry as their leadership often reflects more diverse perspectives and offers more relevant & relatable brand storytelling. Never before have more women been in positions of leadership, an upward trend that informs our primary markets. We look to our secondary market from a geographical standpoint, influencing the community around them. Especially in California, where 14.6% of the media and entertainment industry calls home, an audience’s demand for stronger marketing can be seen from poor results.

The Solution:

We are committed to becoming female and minority-led brands’ best advocates. Our commitment is reflected through the clients we partner with and 100% of our team being comprised of women from various minority backgrounds. Good Hause supports our community by amplifying voices who have yet to tell their story. Through our shared experiences, we break down barriers and create a space for clients to feel heard. By promoting strategies of inclusion, generating greater awareness, and support of BIPOC businesses, we aspire to strengthen underrepresented communities for generations to come. Additionally, we believe Good Hause’s intent to serve not only as marketing consultants, but also as a pivotal community resource for women and minority professionals. Until there is equal support and representation of all voices, there is always more work to be done.
